In March of 2026 I shared a survey link asking about fasting practices. This page contains the results.

Introduction
This is an anonymous questionnaire about fasting in the Christian faith in 2026 (non-religious respondents are also welcome)
  • For the purposes of this questionnaire, fasting refers to abstinence from food
  • For the purposes of this questionnaire, fasting for health/nutrition/weight loss, etc., does NOT count
